Insured Deposits

First Delta Bank is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Funds held in non-interest bearing transaction accounts and interest bearing NOW accounts at this bank are fully insured by the FDIC until December 31, 2010

Funds swept or transferred to a non-transaction account or any interest bearing account paying in excess of .25% continue to be insured by the FDIC up to $250,000 but do not have the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee.
